Stock Certificate No. 4, representing 1,000 shares and all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Pro Mold, Inc.

The Debtor is entitled to one accounting every six months of the unpaid indebtedness secured by the property that we intend to sell. The Debtor may request an accounting by contacting us at the (314) 721-7011 ext. 124. The charge to the Debtor for any additional accountings is $25.00 each.
