frank3, how did you find this out? I went to Edgar Online, and I can't retrieve the 144 filings unless I subscribe and pay. There was yet another 144 filing on Oct 2 also. I wonder how many shares are being converted from preferred to common? Could this thing be one with hundreds of millions of shares outstanding soon at like a penny or two?
