Canada's healthcare system "has a heart." and prioritizes "NEED"as any and all systems "MUST" when demand is so great.One giant triage, there is no other reasonable way, when "ALL" are covered. This is a fact of life that some Americans here don't seem to get or won't acknowledge. You're either going to have triage or you're going to have extraordinary costs. One can reasonably argue that the burden is worth it as compared with the alternatives but one can't reasonably pretend that universal coverage won't inevitably present that dilemma.
