But I repeat, it is not up to the government to "level the playing field" via methods that amount to censorship. Rather, it's up to the free market of ideas to determine what is accepted and what is rejected.

In the end, a lot of bad ideas get too much exposure, and a lot of good ideas get unnoticed. Is that a good thing? Not really, but it's reality. Get over it and go sell your ideas on your own.

Yes, but a lot of bad ideas never get public exposure; instead they are made into laws. Case in point, hedge funds......an industry that few know very much about......has made mega bucks through capital gains that are never taxed. Why? Because the people in that industry have lobbyists who take care of them with Washington. And that's not an isolated case. Why do you think so many people are up in arms with DC corruption? The wealthy have an inordinate amount of influence on what goes on this country.......and so if need be, the gov't needs to level the playing field or we are not a democracy.
