Hello Pezz, Today's Report:

Regarding this project Message 24203532 code named Shopping Cart, I am up 2.13% since acquisition so many hours ago.

I do not expect it to make my usually wished for so many double digit gains within so many days, and so I am not disappointed. I do not believe it is at that stage yet - the stage of market recognition, for the stage has not yet been set.

I looked through the entirety of the web site, including the embedded PDF files, and saw nothing I did not expect to see; in other words, all is as expected and all is well.

It is as it appears, in every way, a boring old line industrial company with some new fangled twists, but nothing astounding, and certainly nothing capable of shock and awe.

The family-controlled enterprise will always try to pay a dividend - a good thing.

It has dominant market shares in ... eweee ... stuff made from steel, has a few factories in China, started to move R&D to the Middle Kingdom, and is listed at low single digit PE on the backwater of a Bourse in Belgium.

It may or may not be recession-proof. Construction will slow down, certainly, but there is China and India, same same for car tires, but then folks might use their tires until balding.

Issue: where will the growth come from starting now? where be the excitement?

Chugs, TJ
