Look, if a suicide bomber really wants to do it right, he can swallow a bunch of balloons of C-4, stick some more up his ass along with a binary, timed chemical-based detonator in a test tube and just BE a human bomb, undetectable, with no metal.

What we need to do is just accept that life has risks and try to minimize them without inconveniencing ourselves unnecessarily. Nobody Promised You a Rose Garden.
