My wife and I just sold our house....we were fortunate to get out with a decent capital gain. I am looking to rent for a year or so but am having trouble deciding what to do with the money in the meantime. I would appreciate any ideas that folks might have. (My assumptions: the dollar is going to continue to slide and economic conditions are going to get worse this year.)
