In response to an earlier comment that you made about "viscous" rightwing smears, I would like to point out that both wings of the political spectrum are guilty of bad behavior. If you don't think that the behavior of moveon.com and the dailykos don't occasionally cross the line, then you are wearing partisan blinders. The best bet we have for a civil election in 2008 is an Obama-McCain contest, but even those candidates will have no control over the 527 expenditures. By the way, I have no idea who James Collins Jones is or was. I saw the quote on the wall of a client about 25 years ago and wrote it down.
