RE: Harris connection, by Buckey Buckey asks, "so what is the Harriss coonection again?" This Woods character is a years long business partner of Rufus. Looks those two date back about ten years. Woods employed the exact same scam as Rufus, even used those forged bonds used by Rufus. The two, Woods and Rufus, are in the scam business together, along with a few others.
