Hello Michael,

Im not an expert on this subject, but I believe that the drug is
probably concentrated in actively metabolizing tissue. This would
include tumors, inflammatory cells, any other rapidly dividing cells.

As far as saving us all from cancer, there are obvious limitations;
susceptibility of cells to destruction by the agent, depth of penetration
of the activating light,overall per-cent kill (it is not likely to
be 100% effective which means living cells are left behind), etc.
I do think we are only at the tip of the iceberg with regards to breadth
of application and it will take years to sort it all out.

Keep up the interest.

Doug
