Huawei ahead of everyone on base station sales. Message 24210750 But China shoots self in foot by making everyone wait for the dopey TD-SCDMA which will never be more than a Big Brother protected rort for local yokels.

450MHz is gaining ground here and there and will gain more. OFDM in 450MHz will gain ground too. China will remain a back-water in a continuation of their 100s of years of "accident" which in my opinion is a trend rather than a mistake.

Once is an accident, twice bad luck, three times a trend, four times = what are they thinking?

Note that Huawei is big in HSDPA and EV-DO which both mean CDMA by QUALCOMM, though many like to call HSDPA "GSM" or "3GSM", or "3G" or anything other than CDMA which is what the air interface actually is.

Recommendation = sell gold, short Nokia. Gold is building a classic head and shoulders formation and the head is now being formed as we speak.
