Pretty simple.

I agree that some might see this as dilutive. I, on the other hand, see it as another way to get some cheap(er) shares.

Ever get the feeling one day we are going to get a press release out of the blue from CKG stating. "XYZ has entered into an agreement to buy CKG.." lol
