Attorneys are using the same argument now.......over 20 years later. Which means nothing. Attorneys will argue anything that works in front of a jury. Secondly, any law firm representing these cases will have a mountain of evidence to back them up. How else do you think they are winning these cases in court? Winning cases in court has little if anything to do with good evidence. Get the right kind of people on a jury and a lawyer can pretend to channel dead babies and win ... as Edwards has.
