Test - here's a first stab at a ranking. It basically takes the player's final score in each match and divides it by the number of matches they've played. For example, for Brian I've got scores for the 1st, 2nd and 4th games, and that's it.

Maybe we can say you have to play at least 3 matches to get ranked, and have to have played in one of the two previous matches (so dead guys don't end up ranked #1 for years).
