Elgindy had donated a whopping $5000 to Mercy USA which was helping people in Bosnia.

You are really silly to think Elgindy knew about 9/11 and was plotting against the United States by donating such a piddly sum to a charity located in Michigan and backed by Hillary Clinton and the White House.
