it won't overtake NAND memory because of small capacity (Intel were only able to get their demo chip PRAM at 128MB), but NOR is fair game because they come in typically smaller sizes and PRAM is faster and more reliable.
Intel is ment to be producing PRAM first half of this year and
Nokia have been evaluating their chips.
