Since the drug is been developed in combination AZN's subsidiary, Medimmune, it is also known as MEDI-538. It is a recombinant T-cell engaging antibody targeting the CD19 antigen, which is uniquely expressed on B-cells. The insiders reportedly hold > 30%.
