LIAR. Abstinence only is a scam by prudes who want kids to stay ignorant, so they when do have sex (and they all do eventually) they will not know how to avoid pregnancy opr STD's. The hard evidence is in. Healthy factual sex education trumps Abstinence Only. Why? Because when you tell kids sex is forbidden, they want it even more, so once they do it they act out more promsicuously and with less careful prep. That's a proven fact.
