Actually it would be ghetto in The OC as well.

Median home price in Orange County, CA, is $550,000. That might get you a three bedroom, 1,500 ft2 house.

So yeah, Chris is right in saying that I am "rich," because you would have to be to afford a home here.

Or in your neck of the woods, the DC suburbs.

Or the Northern CA Bay Area.

Or Long Island, NY.
