I own PCRDX, which is the same as PCRCX (slightly different fee structure, I think). Have held it for over three years in several accounts, and it has moved more or less steadily up, doing what it was supposed to do.

EDIT: Actually it's been somewhat erratic, but the reinvested distributions add a great deal to the performance.
