It is hard for me to reconcile the reported high-utilization rates, hospitals ordering second or multiple units and the declining revenue guidance. It does not fit. The irrigated catheter should just be icing on an already rapidly growing cake. Where's the cake? Unfortunately, the reduced revenue guidance fits with rumors that the company is reducing staffing here in St. Louis and that employees not being rif'ed are looking for other jobs. ij
