FWIW I work in Africa and have friends everywhere. One of them lives in Thailand and comes through Joberg all the time picking up one or two krugerrands every trip. Well the last trip in December the bank was out of the K's. All they had were the Nelson Mandela commemeratives selling at double the price of Gold. The lady in the bank told him that they could not keep up to the demand for the kugs. Cheers!
