Anyone out there?

I’m new to this company. I know they have been struggling for years to get traction without a lot to show for their efforts. Still, their list of customers alone has to have some value. I would welcome any input/opinions regarding the impact of their recent announcement (1000 to 1 reverse split and deregistration) on their prospects for survival.
