Only because you don't want to believe that health care effects longevity. The facts don't fit the ideology. What facts? I don't think it's been demonstrated that it does. There are mixed indicators. But even if it were demonstrated that it's a factor, that doesn't make it the "key" factor, which is what you claimed.
