Hello Everyone,---In follow up to my previous posting here are a few additonal points that I would like to add!! Namely the following: A.---From the Period of time Sept./96 to just after the 6 th. trading day of Oct./97--there were to the best of my calculation 274 trading days in which "CVIA" was able to trade!! B.---Of those 274 tradings days it encompassed a part of 14 months --give or take a few weeks on either side!! C.---In those 274 trading days "CVIA" traded approximately 47,032,900 shares---which covers more then the entire float of the company--which I believe is in the area of 40,000,000 million shares--as communicated to me by the current "CVIA" Management Representative!!! D.---It is interesting to note that the daily share trading average of "CVIA" in the 274 day period is approximately 171,652 shares per day!! E.---It is also interesting to note that from the period June /97 to the end of the 6 th. trading day of Oct./97---which is approximately represents 91 days or .3321% of the time of the 274 trading days previusly mentioned---that approximately 32,871,300 shares were traded in that 91 day time frame---which represents approximately .6989% of all the "CVIA" shares traded in the 274 day time frame!! F.---I earlier stated that the daily share trading average for "CVIA" over the 274 day period was approximately 171,652 shares --compared to a daily trading average of 361,223 shares ( approximately) for the most recent 91 days of trading!! G.--The obvious observations to me ( and it is only my personal opinion and observation)--is that the market price of "CVIA" has continued to steadily decline ( as presented on the previous posting) --and the share trading volume has escalated at a steadily increasing pace!! Now --if you so choose--would any one like to share any of their observations or comments!! Thanks For Being Patient With Me!! Wayne J.
