Why people in jail and whose case is being reviewed such that a new trial is sought should not post on message boards. Does the chief spokesman understand he may be harming his "client" by posting for him? Message 24221091 The argument is made that "an idiot prosecutor named Kenneth Breen" brought 9/11 into the case. Yet, the convicted defendant's own posts says this, THE COURT: Let me just interrupt here a second, folks, lest there be any misunderstanding. This case has nothing to do with terrorism. I want to make that point very strongly to you. There are no such charges in this case or any other and you will not hear any evidence that Mr. Elgindy or anyone else was involved in or aided the events of September 11th. Please understand this. One has to agree with his post. The case had "nothing to do with terrorism." It was about wrongful use of FBI data and extortion of CEO's to call off the shorts, all in a conspiracy to manipulate.
