Your comment makes no sense.

If you start with the assumption that there is no doubt whatsoever that health care effects longevity (and that the effect is positive, meaning health care increases longevity and that within reason more health care is likely to increase it even more), that still doesn't tell you whether its an overwhelming factor or a minor factor.

I personally do believe that health care effects longevity in a positive way.
