I like it - sure makes it easy to work. The glitch was that Outlook stopped sending and receiving. Since my webmail worked, and Outlook worked on my laptop (XP), I knew it wasn't Charter. I figure my old emails are hiding out somewhere, a la Karen's AOL, and I might search for them one day. Right now, they are not needed, which shows you what kind of life I have. LOL
