Roe: glad you're back... now I can ask an expert some weather questions... Know anything about Madden-Julian Oscillation (MJO)? Read an article today saying MJO so far has negated la nina effects this winter, esp. here in west, but that MJOs are typically short lived... MJO might also be responsible for the cold snap back east... What's your take on it? Thanks, Jim
