RE:DRAM and DUV

The DRAM makers need to be(are) making DUV investments now. 64/16Mb crossover will occur around the end of the year or Q1 '98. If they want to be profitable during the 64Mb's short life span, they will need to have the smallest dice possible. The only way to get those small die will be DUV.

It's all happening right now. We just need the stepper manufacturers to shorten their lead times, because they appear to be the new bottleneck.
