Wayne, I have been assuming that CVIA is continuing to sell shares to keep the company in business. If anyone knows otherwise please speak up. The interesting thing is that there are buyers for these shares even in large numbers. Is someone attempting to buy out CVIA at bargain prices. I'm holding tight with my shares in hopes that the company will come out of its tailspin before it sells off all 100 million shares which I assume were authorized at the Annual meeting on May 28, 1997.
