This is very good data, thanks! However as much as I'm
disappointed from the pre-announcement most of this forum's
readers interpretation of this insider selling is most likely
wrong. If at all that only proves their innocence.

Three of the 5 trades were done well over a month before
the closing of the books, one almost 3 weeks before it. And only
one looks medium-bad (about 10-14 days before the numbers were out).

Given that SGI quarters are characterized by most of sales
done in the last month (and even week) of the quarter I have
good reason to believe that none of these sellers really knew
how bad this quarter is going to turn up. Add to this that
several names are conspiciously missing including the largest
holding insider (Robert Bishop) and the CEO (Ed McCracken) and
I would say that it is pretty certain that the above sold their
some of their holdings in good faith.

Why they sold now? well after all the stock has gone up pretty
sharply in the last two months so this is expected.
