I agree. It's nice to know that minority shareholder won't shut down the Edison revs. Anyway, the minority shareholder already was denied the injunction request seeking to stop ALL ARCA-Cal revs from going to ARCA.

Now, hopefully, ARCA can settle the outstanding lawsuit, continue fortifying its financial situation, building high-margin retail sales, securing a more diverse supply of appliances, and if the stock rises enough, make a private placement to really get the ball rolling. As long as they don't dilute the shareholder base too much, things look pretty good to me.

Think about it: If ARCA can get back up to its highest historical earnings level of $0.32 pre-split/$1.28 post-split(now), which seems very doable with their lower cost structure and higher margin revenue mix, maybe within 3-5 years, we'll see it trading near $20 at only a modest P/E. Looks like a nice upside opportunity LT to me...
