I checked the WIND announcements and discovered that the co-founders did sell 1,325,000 shares in the July secondary. While this number of shares is less than the 1,650,000 planned initially (no doubt because of the price at the time), it is not that much different. Consequently, I would guess that Jerry would only need to sell another 200K to 225K to complete his initial goal of reducing his holdings by 30%, or 900,000 shares.

Please re-check your source for why you think Jerry still needs to sell 800,000 shares.
