Harris County, Texas District Attorney sends more people to Death Row than any other county in the country, but, then we have this occurring in his office.....Go figure! I might add that the last sentence in this article isn't exactly correct. The Supreme Court judge didn't have homeowners insurance, but he did have mortgage insurance and thus he had the mortgage paid-off. msnbc.msn.com
