I value your industry experience. I don't have any work experience in Americhip's industry or any type of manufacturing business. I can try to see if I can get some clairification regarding purchase orders vs contracts. Perhaps I am missing something here but it seems to me its more semantics/playing with words then anything of real substance. Does not a purchase order require someone of authority signing off on it? How is this materially different from a contract. If someone feels/knows there are major meaningful, practical or legal differences that matter to Americhip and thus maybe us as investors as well I would love to know. My experience communicating with Marc which is not nearly as often as Rhonda is that Marc is very careful what he says or writes. But clearly the PO vs contracts issue is not insider info. Rhonda is careful as well but with repeated communication her level of trust with me has grown. She once asked for my alias when I told her I post of SI so she could see if something she told me not to repeat wasn't put on message boards (again I am not talking about "insider information" just soemething she didn't want in cyber space. She does from time to time read message boards. She told me she is often amazed at the wild, ridiculous and incorrect stuff she reads. She also doesn't like/want people to cut and paste anything she says in an email on message boards no matter WHAT IT IS.
