That's come up on different graphs by other respected posters who're updated through January. That, and the fact the VIX has broken UP out of a triangle with a projected target of 40-50, either a long way from here. Presumption: the capitulation will occur coincident with the VIX spike. I think people are going to be disappointed in the market reaction to a rate cut, if and when it comes. Too late now from a psychologic point of view, and anticlimactic...
