Nonsense. The 10Q's show increasing revenue and getting closer to profitability, regardless of what machine is running.

If a big order was announced, it would be too late.
That's when the ambulance chasers get involved, pump and dump.
Because contracts are not earned revenue. Sucking new naive investors in that end up as bagholders with a losing investment.

Buy low, sell High!
