No offense, mind you.

I saw the mechanical spirit dreaming of something outside its reach, and, reaching too far, destroying itself. I see a lot of us doing the same thing.

Take a tattoo for example. It has its appeal, granted. But it stays with you, and the wrong one in the wrong place will keep you from getting a job and keep you from making good relationships. When you're old, it droops with you, losing all semblance of its original 'beauty' (if that's what you call it).

On the other hand, I saw a sweet spirit, not a spider-like one. The spider features were forced on it by fate, much like our own individual inevitabilities.

The video was very well done, and made its point.
