I'm not quite sure I understand your post Don. Are you saying it's too late for this company? The pps will never increase? You say contracts are not earned revenue. I'm not sure I understand this statement. A contract is generally an agreement for the supply of goods and/or services at a fixed price. Generally, the goods or services are supplied and then payment is made. The revenue may not be earned when the contract is announced, but should be seen at some time after the contract is completed. Why would it be too late if a big order was announced? I think, or hope, it would be just the beginning. Please explain. All my opinion, Shane
