OK, I'll restate. I don't think it has anything to do with FICA, sales,excise, or real estate taxes or tolls. I take your point that those who pay no income tax pay a lot in other taxes. I was just trying to estimate the size of the population who would not be paying premiums to the single payer. I don't see relevance of the amount of other taxes paid by that group has to the point I was making or to this discussion, in general.
