From the article------in reference to the following remark "Winning back these so-called Reagan Democrats has long been the party's principal political challenge." My response--------- If the Democrats want to do this, then they need to travel back in time and figure out what the Democrat Party represented before Reagan wisely made the move to the Republican Party. That is why Reagan made the move. Why did Reagan move to the Republican Party. One of the Reagan statements------paraphrased----was "I didn't leave the Democrat Party, they left me." Unless the Democrat Party changes they cannot win back those who were Reagan Democrats or current Americans who embrace the political philosophy of the Reagan Democrats. mj
