One other point. In the Chaper 11 news release they also announced
that they had reached an agreement with there bank to secure a replacement line of credit for there existing line of credit. This resolves the problem of being in default on the original line because of the minority shareholder suit. I will be attemting to accumulate this stock further as the impact of this news is fully realized.
