Can't argue with that. Bob really avoided making any type of definitive pronouncement on Saturday, calling conditions "foggy." Some subscribers to my newsletter are starting to call him "Mr. Foggy." You would think that he would be screaming buy now given the S&P 500 is down 15% from when a level where he was still bullish on the market and down over 8% from his last outright buy signal.
