Suma shows the wisdom of being debt free - It is easy to get caught up with using OPM, but it is clearly obvious now on how foolish it can be to do so. Grow slower with little or no debt and survive or grow faster using a lot of debt and potentially lose most if not all. I pick debt free and growing slower. Now is the time to be buying
