My parents..... never bought anything that they could not pay cash for. Literally. Houses, cars..... anything..

That is how I was reared and I own two homes debt free... two cars... debt free and owe no one one cent.

This is how I have lived.

Only thing.. I have a lot that is owed to me..by the market now...
