Ted M: that $100k figure is an approximation based on what ACII's IR representative stated about the Q3 revenues.

Dilution is less of a concern now given they are generating revenues through KSI. They had a deal with Cornell a few years ago (which they later got out of) and are still involved in a lawsuit with Cornell over the number of shares Cornell received. When Cornell was dismissed, they continued to issue S8s until they ran out of stock (the BoD's also granted themselves a large amount of shares shortly before they had to R/S).

When you look at their debt, and the payments they need to make on the patent licensing agreement and the KSI acquisition, it is still an issue. After the R/S in August '07 that took the O/S to ~135M, they've issued ~50M restricted shares to pay down debt (again, according to their IR rep). One would hope they would use shares for further acquisitions, but we've already seen them start to use them to service the debt.
