Thanks Barclay. Dilution is never good for shareholders, for sure. The debt schedule actually doesn't look too bad, so it really does primary come down to the LACC, for me. Would longtime shareholders agree that they have been fairly secretive about the onging status of LACC? If so, I guess I don't really understand why---what do they have to lose if they talk about their testing status, high volume results, and actual LACC revenue in more detail in the 10K, 10Q, or at least in some PR's? Wouldn't such discussion increase shareholder support? tedm
