market calls for unchanged. But in the light of the crashing market they could change their mind and cut back to 0.25. A rate cute would change the rules of the game immediately.

Unchanged would tell currency traders, go with the program, and this means, try Y100/$. All the carry trade reversals means that there are lots of additional net purchases of Yen. It may lack sellers for some time...
