Thanks for all the posts. Investing in Americhip prior to the purchase of KSI would have been a very risky investment IMO.

In effect they took KSI public.
Running KSI successfully shows they can run a business. It's a real business. (Even though we don't know if KSI is using contracts or PO's)

And on the BB boards real revenue is very important and a major difference. The risk has come down a great deal, and it's worth more than .051/share

Like any company that has to come up with the next product to grow, LACC is it and has come a long ways. All the overhead items like accounting, facilities and management is shared.
Hopefully labor as well.
